Bean

Eccentric Mr. Bean, a supposed art expert, is sent to Los Angeles for the unveiling of the famous painting "Whistler's Mother", only to wreak havoc leading to the original masterpiece being damaged and replaced by a cartoon-defaced copy. Meanwhile he befriends a family and accidentally becomes a hero before returning home with the real painting.
